Production/Track Homes: You pick from 3 floor plans and 3 color packages. You cannot move walls. This is the fastest and cheapest option, but you sacrifice individuality.
Semi-Custom: You start with a builder’s floor plan but can move walls, add windows, and choose any finish you want from their design center. This offers a good balance of choice and speed/cost.
True Custom (Apex): We start with a blank sheet of paper. You can build anything engineering allows. You can buy tile from Italy or reclaimed wood from a local barn. This takes the longest but gives you exactly what you want—a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
