Mock-Filler – Print Production Facility – Sandy, UT

Project Overview: This specialized industrial facility in Sandy, Utah, was custom-built to house large-scale commercial printing operations.

Apex Commercial Construction managed the complex tenant improvement requirements needed for heavy machinery and precision production. The project required significant structural reinforcements to the slab foundation to support industrial printing presses, as well as a complete overhaul of the electrical infrastructure to provide robust 3-phase power.

In addition to the production floor, the facility includes climate-controlled storage for sensitive paper stock and inks, ensuring optimal environmental conditions year-round. Efficient loading dock logistics were also a key priority to streamline distribution.
